Your generous support helps make our programs in public schools across all five boroughs in NYC possible! Make a secure, tax deductible donation today to help ESYNYC bring cooking and gardening to education to more than 4,000 kids annually.

Every dollar donated helps plant the seeds for a healthier, more sustainable future for NYC kids.

For example, $25 helps buy supplies for a cooking lesson, $125 buys bulbs for one of our school gardens, $500 covers the cost of fresh produce for one of our farmstands, and $1,000 supports a full year of edible education for one student.

ESYNYC’s 2025 Impact Report

Edible Schoolyard NYC (ESYNYC) is proud to share the impact we achieved during the 2024-25 school year. ESYNYC works with an external evaluator to conduct annual surveys of key stakeholders including teachers, students, and parents / caregivers to better understand the impact of our programming. We are thrilled to report that programming at our Core School sites (schools where ESYNYC staff are in residence leading programming throughout the year) continues to have a positive impact on students’ healthy eating, social-emotional learning, care for the garden and environment, and so much more.
