About Charlie Mitchell
Charlie Mitchell, the Michelin Starred and James Beard Award-winning Executive Chef, leads Saga, a two-star Michelin restaurant in New York City. At just 32 years old, Mitchell has earned remarkable accolades, including his recent win as Best Chef in New York City at the 2024 James Beard Awards. This marks his second year as a nominee and makes him the only NYC chef to secure a victory at this year’s awards.
